Our Story:

Hijabs By Erum was born from a moment of inspiration.

As the world slowed down amidst the chaos of COVID, Erum Khalili found solace in illustrating. What began as a personal escape quickly evolved into something more significant. Erum’s surface pattern designs gained attention from major brands like Jiggy Puzzles, Origin Magazine, Paul Mitchell, Penguin Random House, Macy’s, Lil Deenies and more. Her success ignited a spark in her to create her own line of Muslim-inspired products and build up her own brand.

While working in this space, she noticed a gap in the market for hijabs that truly reflected individuality. Erum wanted to design pieces for the modern woman—those who embrace their femininity, edginess, stay ahead of trends, and crave stylish, unique expressions of their identity. Thus, Hijabs By Erum was born, where each hijab features her original hand-illustrated artwork, combining artistry and fashion in a way that stands out.
